THE LASH LOOP

Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t use up all of the benefits of The Lash Loop membership after it expires?

A: Unfortunately, no. Just like any other membership, all perks and benefits will cease after the membership expires. Therefore we would encourage all members to take advantage of the benefits that’s offered during the period.

 

Q: I booked an appointment during my membership period, however I didn’t end up coming. Can I reschedule it to another time and not lose the benefit?

A: As we had allocated time and resources for the appointment, unfortunately member needs to make a new appointment and the previous “appointment benefit” will be deemed used. However, member will not be charged for no-show fees.

 

Q: My membership will be expired in 2 weeks and I still have a free Lash Lift treatment for my upcoming birthday in 2 months to redeem. Can I redeem it after my membership expires?

A: Since The Lash Loop is a paid-in-advance based membership, unfortunately all benefits will cease after the membership period ends.
